Flight discovery without pretending a snapshot is a promise.
GoNowhere is an independent fare-watching project for travelers who can be flexible about where or when they go. The product organizes recently observed fares around criteria chosen by the traveler. It does not sell tickets, set airline prices, or hold seats.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
GoNowhere team
GoNowhere is maintained as an independent software project. Contact the maintainer at admin@gonowhere.app for product questions and corrections. This attribution does not imply a newsroom or a team of travel experts.
These guides were drafted with AI assistance and adapted to GoNowhere’s search behavior. Worked examples use labelled training data. They do not represent airline quotes or completed bookings.
A content update date records an edit. A report marked as reviewed identifies the person who checked its source data and interpretation.
01
What the service does
A traveler saves a departure city, an optional destination, a return-fare range, a stay range, and a search horizon. GoNowhere compares available fare observations with those rules and presents matches with the information supplied by its discovery sources.
02
What it cannot guarantee
An observation is not live inventory. Prices, schedules, carriers, baggage terms, and availability can change before checkout. Some outbound links rebuild a route search rather than opening a reserved itinerary. The seller’s checkout is always the place to verify the final journey and total.
03
Why we publish guides
A cheap fare is useful only when the complete trip works. Our public guides explain the choices that software cannot make for a traveler: realistic flexibility, total journey cost, connection risk, timing, and the difference between an alert and a booking.
04
How advertising is separated
Google-served ads may appear only after substantial public editorial content. They are labelled and visually separated. We do not place them inside saved searches, flight-result lists, notifications, forms, authentication screens, or account settings.
EDITORIAL STANDARDS
Useful first, searchable second.
Original scope
Guides explain GoNowhere’s calendar-month horizon, price ranking, stay filters and booking-link behavior. The public demo lets readers reproduce the examples. Sample prices are invented and labelled rather than presented as market research.
Visible limitations
We identify observed data as observed data. Where a link may rebuild a search, or a price may change, the limitation belongs near the decision—not hidden in a generic disclaimer.
Review and correction
Each guide carries a publication and content update date. Corrections can be sent to the maintainer. Provider-based reports require publication permission, an identified reviewer, written findings and explicit sampling limitations before they appear here.
Commercial transparency
Some outbound booking links may generate a commission. That relationship does not turn an observation into a recommendation, and the final seller remains responsible for its price and booking conditions.
CONTENT UPDATE LOG
A public record of meaningful changes.
Added a reproducible fare-watch training demo, numeric worked examples in all three guides, transparent content attribution, and a workflow for manually reviewed fare reports.
Published the first structured planning library, including guides to flexible searches, alert interpretation, complete trip costs, and an interactive cost worksheet.
